Let’s clean up every last bit of processed foods that you are ready to give up. Check all the hidden corners, backs of the drawers, high shelves, etc. 

When there is no temptations at home, your home becomes your best health food pal.

If you live with a partner who likes processed foods, you can either try to engage them in your transformation or label all their foods in your mind or with stickers, so you remember to stay away from them. You could also put all their processed food in a separate drawer or on a separate shelf, preferably behind a door that you never open.
